STEP 1: CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Project Scope, Programming, Feasibility, Visual Preference, as-built documentation, and initial design. Good design starts with a good understanding. We start our process with an initial study to create a good foundation for the overall design. This is where we listen.
STEP 2: SCHEMATIC DESIGN
This is the exciting part...Where your design takes shape. we incorporate all learned in the previous step to create an initial design. 3d modeling, rendering, drawings, and sketches. We believe it's important find a solution to explore here. so much so, that we assign a guaranteed max for our fee. That way we can try options and alternatives at no additional cost to you. understanding the design now will save time and money going into the final design, and it allows for a confident solution.

RATES
We typically bill hourly for residential services, because we don't think you should pay for more than our time.
While most firms bill continuously, we believe you should also know how much to expect our service to cost to help you control the budget of your project. that's why we set a Guaranteed Max on our design services. You'll never pay more than our estimate.
